I've looked at the website of Florida Department of State and all subsidiaries of CTNO are inactive.

What happened between Robert Lau and CM? Robert Lau used to own CTNO and CM has smaller stake prior to the last filing by CM where he listed himself as President of CTNO. Did CM acquire the company from Robert Lau?

Only this one is active which I believe is not part of CTNO but carries the former name of CTNO:
