That's pretty much what we saw a few weeks ago. The run up began before any real news was out there. In fact I recall buying some at .039 right before the announcement of a stay in the Fed case because of the volume run up. On 21 Sep the closing price was .039 by 23 Sep it closed at .131. The news came out on 22 Sep when the market was closed (the price closed that day at .074 before the news was readily available),that the case had been stayed, so if you're watching pretty closely you might be able to get in before it ramps up, just depends on your goal. (On 23 Sep it opened at .088 and closed at .131.) Mine is $$ so I could probably get in at .50 and still think I got a deal, not as good a deal as .02 and not as many shares. It is the quantity of shares I own that is the great multiplier. It will take a lot longer to get to my goal given a fewer number of shares. I can buy a lot more at .02 than I can at .25 or whatever. For example, 10,000 shares at .02 costs $200 plus comm (and I bought a bunch). 10,000 shares at .25 will cost me $2500 plus comm. So I think the math speaks for itself. The real winner in this game is going to be quantity of shares. I already couldn't afford to buy the quantity of shares I own given a price of .25 or above. Of course this means my risk is higher due to uncertainties, but that risk in my opinion has been lessening as we have seen the most recent events unfold. A possible Tmob deal, state court case still progressing and appears to be more favorable toward Calypso with the new developments. The next announcement of significant news will be either Calypso made a deal or possibly a settlement was made with the Daic parties. When either of these events come out, the stock in my opinion will jump above .50 almost immediately. If both come out simultaneously a price beyond $1 will come quickly also. If a Tmob deal does not pan out, we'll see a drop possibly back to the .03 or .04 level, but not as quickly as it went up. I'll stick with buying early, buying as much as I can and holding long, before the news gets out.
