dade, call DF and ask him. Then you can make
up your mind based on what you find out and
determine whether BEHL is worth the risk or
not. Penny stocks are like lottery tickets,
you toss a little money in them that you can
lose. If they don't make it then no big deal.
If they do make it, you may be rich. Its a
