yeah i don't see how you can put too much emphasis on key resistance points because the filings are gonna determine where this is gonna go, and if everything goes as we expect, this will be pretty much a new comany with a new valuation. I think if the merger goes through, we can put a target on this with the info we have, and I'm sure they have new development plans in the works so in my opinion there is no way to tell where it is headed until we get all the info. kind of a waste of time speculating. but there is no doubt that if things go through we will head north, and that is good enough for me. i'm debating on going all in on this but i'm an inexperienced trader who has learned some expensive lessons, but this is why i play the pennies, if I wanted a steady 5 % i'd buy mutual funds. Hoping for grand slam
