i'm fairly confident that we'll see this on the web at some point before the nov 2nd vote. it's part of their swing vote plan i'm sure of it. this basically is a form of advertising, like ad campaigns. If they get this conference out to the people before the vote and let everyone see the commonsense approach and the many benefits and huge interest then they'll win alot more votes that way.
