They are not two entities.
Prime time ceased to exist, and at the same time the physical assets and management continued to do business and exist under a new name and title, Hunt Gold.
Now, if Prime Time is the one paying the fine, they must be around, or have accounts receivable from which to pay it.
However... all that exists of what was once PT, is now Hunt Gold.
So...
Hunt gold pays the fine.
They are listed and only even mentioned as Prime Time because that was the fraudulent business alias under which they defrauded shareholders!
