Knight 78, I would assume since they purchased 87% of ATPT for $50k that the float is what we have purchased and total outstanding at this time and is 13%. If we get a conversion at 1 to 1 in the new symbol will be wow great. Even a 2 for 1 would not be bad. Would consider anything greater not good. Another factor is what is the os after all said and done. Will be getting more next week.

NSS shorting that causes FTD's is against the law.
