As I see it, Frank is not making a big splash all at once, but is slowly positioning Q into the picture. People are becoming accustom to seeing Q at more and more events, and pretty soon Q will be one of the normal players. People won't really remember when Q came on the scene, they will just accept that they are on the scene, and then Q will start to go gangbusters when everyone figures it out. Good ploy Frank.-TW
