YSTEINER, you need to do alot of research before responding to anything. You do not seem to know what the hell your talking about when you said TCLIF doesn't have anything to do with BENDIX. Infact, TCLIF and BENDIX are partners for the next three years. When BENDIX bought into TCLIF back on December, 11, 2008, the contract was for five years. The details of the contract was for BENDIX to pay a down payment of 2,500,000.00. In addition, TCLIF will be paid 10% of each sale of the TPMS by BENDIX. In addition, TCLIF will be paid 15% of the total yearly gross of TPMS by BENDIX. In the unlikely event that BENDIX doesn't sale eneough of the TPMS, TCLIF is asking BENDIX for a min of 500,000 a year for insurance purposes(LOL). The contract expires December, 11, 2013. During that time, BENDIX and TCLIF can re-negotiate a better deal or TCLIF can take their invention elsewhere.
