ORDER PURSUANT TO SECTION 1121(d) OF THE BANKRUPTCY CODE EXTENDING
THE PERIOD WITHIN WHICH THE DEBTORS HAVE THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO
PROPOSE A CHAPTER 11 PLAN AND SOLICIT ACCEPTANCES THEREOF
Upon the Expedited Motion of BroadStar Wind Systems LLC, the above-captioned debtors
and debtors in possession (collectively, the “Debtors”) For Order Pursuant to Section 1121(d) of the
Bankruptcy code Extending the Period Within Which the Debtors have the Exclusive Right to
Propose a Chapter 11 Plan and Solicit Acceptances Thereof (the “Motion”); and the Court having
jurisdiction over the Motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334, and this being a core proceeding
pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157 (b)(2); and good and sufficient notice of the Motion having been given
and no other or further notice of the Motion being required, and after due deliberation and good cause
appearing therefor, it is hereby1 ORDERED that the period within which the Debtors may propose a chapter 11 plan and solicit acceptances thereof is hereby extended for 90 days until December 7, 2010 and February 6, 2011, respectively; and it is further ORDERED that this Order is without prejudice to the Debtors seeking additional extensions of the Exclusive Period.
