I didn't think you were trying to scare. concerns about a federal-state clash are justified.

If 19 passes, some clashes are certain, but I highly doubt there will be a federal reversal or forced reversal of CA's law, because...

1. Prop 19 explicitly states that state and local law enforcement cannot attempt to, threaten to, or in fact seize or destroy cannabis plant or seeds that are possessed/cultivated legally under this law. Federal authorities are severely disabled in their ability to investigate and prosecute without local law enforcement help. Any law enforcement helping WILL be prosecuted under state law. I know how MMJ lawyers work.. they will make an example out of the first one that wants to go "rogue".

2. A prolonged lawsuit and court battle could really damage CA's economy by creating a legal civil war. The feds will make threats, they will talk a big prohibitionist game, but in the end they will not be able to justify such a civil war with CA, especially while Obama is in office its not in his administration's best interest.

By the way, is it Monday yet? :D
