Yes. Aren't those spurious claims approaching the First Anniversary, if I recall right? Would that make one wonder if they were intentionally misleading or if they genuinely believed the many times they posted that the Audited Financial were "SOON" and "FORTHCOMING"? I surely don't know that answer, but do know chinditone and Bulldog are batting .100 for accuracy in what therry post. My Beagle, eddy, actually has a better track record.

Any update on the Rao Judgement? Doesn't look good to me. Especially with the Ohio Appeal probably not turning out the way shareholders would like.

As regarding filings to the SEC, I can only speculate (as in opinion, for the litigious) that the Auditors have serious, unresolveable issues with past Financial Operations and Revenue/Profit/Asset treatment. That is NOT good if so. Cohn always has the opportunity to publish Un-Audited Financials (and make a statemen on the veracity or lack thereof oof an SEC Investigation) to let his shareholders know what he believes the Financials are, right? But would that be a potential risk with the SEC, I guess, if Audited Financials are markedly different? Hmmmmmm!

And clearing up the location and dates of material events regarding the 10K sq ft building and Stewart & Shaw, including the issue of the famous "spout" and Trade Credits, could not hurt either. The requisite 8K's would probably suffice, you think? But that is surely just my opinion. What do i know?

Do you think the "sale to a Fortune 500 Company" was of software or Alcohol wipes? I suspect that would make a huge difference to shareholders, but again, what do I know?

What are your thoughts on SNDH? Does it seem to you like an empty shell with little value and an inflated stock price inspired by a few thousand dollars in trades as many say? I sure can't see the current pps holding in the face of tens of thousands or even 100,000 shares issued as dividends. Do you think the tax bite may be prohibitive if the price then drops after issue, as some say? Something amiss there, but only ny opinion.

Well, been great discussing and asking questions with you. Sad no long or shill will step up and offer definitive discourse on that. I wonder why that is?

All I post on this board is opinion. Thanks
