It's a huge decision. It's not like $500....its $5 MILLION dollars. Now, the real question is this. IF the deal does not go through, where will GOIG/IKE turn? They already stated in the financials, they do not have credit available or funds available to continue operations through the year (not an exact quote, correct me if im wrong).
