agreed, and you just made me think of something...

If I'm CBIS CEO right now I'm thinking: "Ok, got the MJ conference coming up, we'll introduce our mission to the world, then we got the dividend news coming, that will create interest, if Prop 19 passes that will be a great news story for us.... but then what do we do when 3 months, 6 months, a year passes and still no FDA approval?"

Enter SFIO. Do you know how huge the herbal tincture/supplement/"legal buds" market is? And its all completely legal. Do a search for "legal buds" and you'll see what I mean. So what's the point? Its possible for SFIO with CBIS as scientific advisor, to create the first ever e-cig designed specifically for medical cannabis users, without FDA approval because like all other smoking devices / herbal products that are sold at dispensaries and used with cannabis, its just as easily a herbal/tobacco smoking device. Cannabis tinctures are already sold across the country at MMJ dispensaries, and this device could be designed to easily and safely work with these for the MMJ patient.

Just speculation at this point, but for me the CBIS-SFIO JV makes more sense this way, and it solves the "no FDA approval" problem in the short term.
