There is something very wrong about this PD guy. He is very strange to the point of being scarey. His motive is obvious but his lieing and scare tactics are corruptive and see no reason for the board to put up with this any longer.
He brings nothing to the table.
Was funny at first but now the lies are getting bigger as the company draws nearer to being a force.

I do not understand why he is allowed to be here.

PD - The party is over. You have lost. Move on. You not fun anymore.
