The only thing I worry about is that user will not want to sign up for memberships. My friends like the idea of being able to create the videos and upload them, but at 10 to 15 bucks a month, they get turned off.

If everything on the site were free and they used google ads/sold ad space to generate revenue, I believe that MusicMatrix could take off a lot quicker. Just my opinion of course.
