ROUNDED UP TO THE NEXT WHOLE SHARE. (THIS ACTION REQUIRES AN AMENDMENT TO THE
ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION).

everybody right the sec and nevada sos and tell them to not allow an amendment to the articles of incorporation...
