Check this out from the looks of this the stock has been on .PK since April 30, 2009.

Exhibit 99.2
Asyst Technologies Receives Delisting Notice from NASDAQ
FREMONT, Calif.— April 24, 2009 —Asyst Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:ASYT — News), a leading provider of integrated automation solutions that enhance semiconductor and flat panel display manufacturing productivity, announced that it has received a staff determination letter from the NASDAQ Stock Market stating that the company’s common stock is subject to delisting from the NASDAQ Global Market in accordance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rules 5100, 5110(b), and IM-5100-1. The letter was issued as a result of the company’s previously announced filing for relief under chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code on April 20, 2009.
The company said it does not intend to request a hearing before the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel to appeal the decision. The letter set forth the NASDAQ staff’s determination to delist the Company’s common shares, suspend trading in the company’s common stock at the opening of business on April 30, 2009, and file a Form 25-NSE with the Securities and Exchange Commission removing the company’s common stock from listing and registration on The Nasdaq Stock Market.

Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting; Failure to Satisfy a Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.
On April 21, 2009, the Company received notice of a determination of the staff of the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Department, in accordance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rules 5100, 5110(b), and IM-5100-1, to:
delist the Company’s common shares (trading symbol: ASYT),

suspend trading in the Company’s common stock at the opening of business on April 30, 2009, and

• file a Form 25-NSE with the Securities and Exchange Commission removing the Company’s common stock from listing and registration on The Nasdaq Stock Market.

1.FORM 25 NSE - May 19, 2009
x Pursuant to 17 CFR 240.12d2-2(b), the Exchange has complied with its rules to strike the class of securities from listing and/or withdraw registration on the Exchange.
What Does SEC Form 25 Mean?
A notification given to the SEC by a national securities exchange (Nasdaq) telling of the removal from listing on that exchange and registration of matured, redeemed or retired corporate securities

2. FORM 15 - March 12, 2010
Certification of Termination of Registration of a Class of Security Under Section 12(g) or Notice of Suspension of Duty to File Reports

Sum all of that up and what it looks to me is that this has been delisted for more than a year. The has been completed by everyone expect the company. Once they were ready to file to Form 15 they changed the wording in they 8K to reflect the Form 15 filing.

Now here is something interesting for you. With all the 8K's leading up to March 12, 2010's filing you saw this information: "Asyst’s common stock may have no future value and may be cancelled in connection with the bankruptcy proceeding"

Now on the last filing which was March 12, 2010 that 8K stated this: "Asyst’s common stock was cancelled and has no future value in connection with the bankruptcy proceeding"

Looks like ASYT was canceled and delisted from the Nasdaq, not ASYTQ. It has been more then a year that this stock has been on .pk.

all shares of stock in Asyst were cancelled and will forever cease trading on any securities exchange or market.

Asyst’s common stock was cancelled and has no future value in connection with the bankruptcy proceeding

Does this symbol still have a connection with this BK? NO IMO
