Hello, I hope you are well.
I noticed the authorized share increase.
It surprised me as the 10-2009 prospectus called out 52million shares for about the next four years.
............... I know first hand how the depressed economy has choked everything from bricks & mortar business to service based operations. So I understand that 10-2009 if far removed from today and even further separated from tomorrow - so plans change...
A 400% increase though is substantial to say the least. Not having been made aware that this increase & not knowing somewhat of the intention of these new shares is about may be cause for some of our retail investors to run away at a loss further depressing our price per share.
What have these shares been authorized for?
Do you intend to remain majority share holder of ECOB?
When do you expect to see newly authorized shares transferred to freely trading? at what rates?
Any insight or direction for myself would be greatly appreciated
