And another interesting factor to consider...
On the Form4 issued on Oct18, AFTER the reported sale of 570,000 shares on Oct13-14, CEO Baum STILL OWNED 4,130,000 shares.
Now just a few days later, on the Form4 issued on Oct22, AFTER the reported sale of 624,983 shares on Oct15-20, CEO Baum STILL OWNS 4,865,017.
That's funny! It seems to me that if Baum were selling shares, as he is reporting, his total ownership number should have gone down, NOT UP!
Based on simple math, it looks like CEO Baum has just granted himself ANOTHER 800,000 shares between Oct13 and Oct20. Virtually all of which he has dumped on the market. Ouch!
Where can I get a job like this? This guy is really cashing in on his position. I wonder if he is actually cashing OUT. In either case it looks like he is now using this as his personal piggy bank. This could be motivated by some really bad game-changing problem that we haven't yet been informed of. Definitely something to think about over the weekend.
