FRIDAY TIPS

VCTY

Oct. 21: Videolocity International, Inc. (VCTY) heard from S. Avtar Singh Walia,
Managing Director of VCTY's newly acquired subsidiary, Avtar Singh Construction
Co. (P) Ltd. (ASCC). Mr. Walia stated: "We
are happy to say that the merger with VCTY came to a successful close.
ASCC offers VCTY investors an impressive record of success and
achievement, including the execution of projects of national importance
in India. ASCC successfully grows its customer base and expands on the
growing Indian construction market. This strategic combination is a
favorable outcome for all. We are currently working on several projects
in India, including our largest project so far: the highway to the newly
built Chandigarh International Airport. We are also currently bidding
on several other projects, but we will be releasing information on these
as the details unfold."
Oct. 20: VCTY launched its newly updated website @ www.videointernationalcorp.com

The new website provides shareholders and prospective investors with
details on VCTY's subsidiaries Tactician University and Avtar Singh
Construction Co. (P) Ltd (ASCC), including a review of ASCC's business
model, equipment, and machinery, plus insights into the construction
industry in India.
Oct. 18:VCTY
completed the merger with new subsidiary Avtar Singh Construction Co.
(P) Ltd. (ASCC), one of the major developers in Chandigarh, India. ASCC
has executed various projects of national importance, including
construction of national highways. With annual turnover of $3.49 million
USD, ASCC is the largest of three sister companies; the other two
companies (which were not merged into VCTY) deal in real estate and
leasing/financing, and boast respective turnovers of $2.61 million and
$0.87 million USD.
MMG COMMENTARY:
After
long negotiations, VCTY finalized its merger with the India-based
construction company. VCTY will shortly release its financials and will
continue discussions with the China-based hydro electric company. There are
many moving parts to this company as it is also in discussions to sell
its Tactician University asset, and is in the process of undergoing a name
change. There are much upside potential to VCTY, a stock that definitely has a lot
of positive possibilities.
