Would you like to explain that for us? I mean, you seem to have carefully researched everything else about the company and Brian Weber's history, so maybe you can help us all understand why owning the trademark to his own product doesn't seem to be important to him?



Because maintaining a trademark costs money. Money he then wouldn't be able to use at the track.
