I'm glad they gave the Pfizer clarification, as well as clarification on the other deal. But consider this: That was from several years ago and they NEVER told us. Q & Abbot could do the same, for all we know. If the company actually communicated beyond a 1st grade level with share holders there wouldn't be reason to worry.

Again: Someone call the TA and get the share structure, if they're supposedly not gagged. Then post the structure here. I haven't gotten an answer in 6 weeks.
