Hi everyone, I have been an investor for a little over a year, and am looking to significantly increase my holding. I haven't been 'in the know' regarding what exactly is going on, rather I have just read your guys' posts which have kept me informed and feeling good! Due to the fact that I am now considering buying more, I want to know a couple more things. You all seem very knowledgeable, so if you could hep me that would be GREATLY appreciated!

1. In the press release it mentions 7.5% dividends. Will these dividends be paid to all investors starting Jan 1, 2011?
2. The next step is to start digging, correct? If so, when/how long until that process will begin?
3. The press release stated Moelis & Company actED as exclusive financial advisorto the company. Are they not anymore?
