Thanks for your kind words, the feeling is mutual. The mere fact that you and so many others who I highly respect are here speaks volumes to me and additionally, the knowledge that you wish to aquire more also is positive. As you stated there are a few unknowns here and I also hope that everyone realizes the risks involved. I agree that there is something appealing about a shell with this kind of share structures.
