It still seems that HereTV gets all the carriers with all of their supposedly lousy programming and we have excellent programming and we cannot get a major carrier to sign. What seems to be the problem? Are they worried about Qs ability to continue to produce great programming over time, or are they asking for unrealistic amounts of money just to carry us? Hard to tell. What seems most likely to happen is that some sort of consolidation will occur in the not too distant future. LOGO will defintely have problems broadcasting on all can view channel. HereTV has the carriers but has no good programming. PrideVision which is supposedly big in Canada and about to expand in US via OutTV is mostly hardcore porn. I have dealt with mergers and acquisitions in my line of work and can definitely some sort of merging between all of the above companies. It would be most logical for LOGO to want Q because of the good programming and also if HereTV wants to survive and not lose customers to LOGO they may want to merge with Q and form a more substantial company able to compete with LOGO. I realize that the gay and lesbian market is huge but having so many different TV networks just does not make sense. Maybe one or two major ones will probably serve that market sufficiently.......
