It would appear that EV and company may have cut their own throats by violating the privacy of their stock holders. These emails which have been circulating since he spammed his investors may start working against him. As soon as one of these people figure out to compile their own list of investors, using EV’s list as a bases, there will be a major backlash and he will probably be asked to step down. Some of the people on that list are now using it to communicate their own thoughts. Just as soon as one of them figure out how to expand upon that list….LOOK OUT EV Because they can say whatever they want.
