I'm trying to decide between CNEX and ICOA. Which is the better buy between these 2 penny stocks. Can someone please help me decide if CNEX is a better buy then ICOA. CNEX seems to have a lower float and lower outstanding shares lower authorized shares then ICOA does. Even though ICOA is doing a Outstanding share reduction program.
