CNTF - not sure, but you bring up a valid point that worrying about a lawsuit at this stage of the game is probably overkill. In the absolute worst case scenario, they can just change the name to something else.

I agree that CNTF is a well-run company. Definitely one of the higher-quality CGS names IMO.
