I got some very interesting responses to my last message here ....

I had done some research and found out that the float was far higher than what others are touting ....

The short version is that I was wrong (I would like to thank the individual for pointing it out to me, why I screwed up is below)

Here is the last reported 10-Q (which has a date ending of May 31, 2010 . Also Note that it was received on July 20, 2010.

10-Q Report

Read Page 4 or 5 which clearly indicates:

Weighted average number of shares outstanding during the year – basic and diluted - 61,000,000

Got that?

On Aug. 24 2010, the company announced a 5-for-1 stock split effective June 30, 2010.

In my excitement and the poor way that they are displayed in the 10Q report, I believed that the share count did not account for the share increase.

I mean the report indicates that they issued 61,000,000 Shares (read it yourselves) for 61,000 ..... in prior reports they indicated 12,200 (the correct amount).

The 10Q does also indicate that the share amounts do account for the forward split.

So, I admit that I made a mistake, but with all the crap flying around about other stocks ...... some of which is flat out wrong, I can safely say that my intent was not malicious.
