Agreed, but again just be cautious. I personally sold my shares and still waiting till that vote comes out. Also psychologically when good news come out "VOTERS" could vote no knowing that YRWC can fullfil their needs before requiring changes because of their possible positive quarter earnings.

By the way I can't recall what was the vote day again?
