On LTUS

Valid points. I think the deal being cancelled was good for LTUS and investor perception, especially given the valuation of the stock. This is what i meant when I said that investors would view the termination of the agreement as a positive. I think most of us agree that equity raises at these multiples are insane.

The red flag had to do with me questioning who really cancelled the deal? LTUS or YA. I know it was said to be mutual and have no proof to think otherwise, but i still questioned it.

But I agree that YA not being part of the LTUS story is a good thing.

I am also looking at a some things that have come to my attention via my lawyer and contacts in China. Nothing concrete yet.
