milchip:

I think you might have missed a step. I was not thinking that because I am "BUZZOUT", that the selling started. The timing seems odd. You just never know when one might strike a nerve with folks millimeter. Some folks react differently than others.

Loch Harris had its registration revoked in June of this year by the SEC: "SEC Revokes Registration’s Of Loch Harris
06/4/2010
On June 4, 2010, an Administrative Law Judge issued an Order Making Findings and Imposing Sanctions by Default (Default Order) as to Loch Harris, Inc. The Default Order finds that the Respondent failed to comply with Section 13(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Exchange Act) and Exchange Act Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 because it failed to make periodic filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a number of years. Based on these findings, the Default Order revoked the registrations of each class of registered securities of the Respondent.

You are not very smart for a shareholder who has been around for 12 years milimeter, imho. You have no idea if the scientist had other jobs since they were gone. You have no idea if they were being paid to not have another job. When "YOU" know something is a "pos" why do "YOU" keep stepping in it. What kind of loser does one have to be to stay in a "pos". Some real good advice from someone other than me, said that you should sell all "POS" stock you own.

"You could have the last 4 Presidents on the BOD and that wouldn't change the precarious position this Company is in!!!!!!!!!!" Geez, poster, dial your broker tomorrow and get some relief. You obviously have serious issues with this stock, so let it go. You are absolutely right, once the increase in shares are voted for, the company stock price may go to 1 cent or lower. Take a load off and let it go. k

Take your own advise and buy the upswing company for sure. Your mood will be better, you will feel better, and "ALL" from your porch will be better. k

Mr. Brumfield is well intentioned, imho. There were several PPer's who believe him to be. None of them have ever considered Cdex to be a pos. Some may have a different outlook for Cdex, than you do.

Whether you or others think I am credible or not, makes no difference to me. I just like to keep things real milchip. Have some fun while I am doing it, see how long it takes for others to see the chameleon and the muse at the same time.

Pretending monikers for entertainment, entertain, lies about a persons intentions, character, or position, leads to defamation of character, malice, other, and may lead to loss of savings. (W)

The right people know our position milchip. "Whipping Boy" , "touting" "pay back", "renumeration in cash or shares" are word's typed from an ignorant person, whose meaning in life is......... .mediocre!

I truly wish you the best with ESNR. My hope is the company succeeds beyond their expectations. But seriously, if you really do own Cexi stock, and you think it is a pos, S E L L. k

Keeping it real~
