OTC Markets does NOT always have accurate information.

As of June 31, 2010 the OS was 54,200,000.

As of Sept 30, 2010 the OS was 215,000,000.

That means that there has been dilution of 160,800,000 shares in the last 3 months. Whether or not all those 'new' shares wind up in the float is irrevalent --- they are still out there.

Shut down the Pink Sheets for good. Call your congressman, FINRA, SEC, etc. Let your voice be heard so that this SCAM exchange can be shut down
