I missed the part about CNBC being there to cover the conference. Thousands tune into that program every day, and if you can convince the analysts that there is a solid future in this country, others will believe it as well. That is my hope at least. Prop 19 aside, if the company does announce the Divy on preferred shares, it will open the flood gates to new investors just trying to get in on that deal....that has been seen over and over on divy stocks.

Again, timing is very important, even if the Divy is not solidified by this weekend, it would be smart of the CEO to give it a plug during the conference while CNBC is covering...how huge would that be!
