H8ster, All that a patent does is give you something to fight over in court.

In the case of this 10K that you copied, it says:

"The Company owns all rights, title and interest in one currently pending U.S. patent application, one currently pending Patent Cooperation Treaty (“PCT”) patent application, and two U.S. federal trademark registrations."

Claiming a "...pending...application..." sounds like double-talk to me. What is the value of ANY application that is pending? No doubt they've filed for a patent, but So what? No real value until granted.

Plus they cite "...two U.S. federal trademark registrations.". Whoopie!


If you already own this stock, then this citation is probably a good reason to continue to own it.

But from my viewpoint, it certainly is no good reason to buy shares now. Not when you consider the debt structure and what it is doing to the share structure. And without buyers the PPS is probably going to sink from here.
