Been wanting to do it for a long time - between working a full time job and a part time job and returning back to college to get back into finishing a degree I started earlier, along with regular day-to-day activiites, then I started my business some years ago, I put on some extra weight, too. I'm determined it get it all off, losing 40 pounds since May and want to lose 35 more, for when I get my financial freedom and can vacation and go to my first Monk training next summer or fall! All you gotta do is eat 1400 calories and do 5 miles a day and factor in some weights to tone up.
