I agree. There is still quite a bit of unspent Stimulus Money looking for a place to go.
And the Obama administration is tasked with coming up with a National Energy Policy, something which is sorely lacking and badly needed.
After this November election the ball game could change completely, finally favoring Helix. It really could happen.
The wind is always blowing, night and day. It is one of the biggest untapped sources of energy on the planet. There is no reason why Helix can't benefit from the future expansion. All they have to do is survive this "debt problem". OUCH!
