Klepto is so worldly and smart he not only can do the impossible he is also his own attorney.

Since the lawsuit is in Klepto's name not BLLN I don't think funding will help in this case. That is unless Klepto can divert company funds to personal use.
One might ask is this Klepto's home or business offices? From my view it looks like Klepto was running BLLN/Qtrax out of his home/condo. But since I know nothing about NY I could be wrong.
One might also ask if it is the business office then why was the lease for the condo in Klepto's name not the business name. But then if it is his home this shouldn't be a problem for BLLN/Qtrax unless there is no other way for Klepto to run the company.
So basically there is no company offices anymore, hence why there is no contact information on the Qtrax website.
Seems to me if you have no company address and no phone and no way to contact the owner of said company then do you really have a company at all? Not only has the music on Qtrax gone AWOL so has the company and CEO.
