I think your lack of patience in the obvious flawed legal arena is the real issue. When I personally brought a case to the Washington State Court of appeals it took two years and it was a minor issue with arguments lasting one day with a sixty day wait for a decision. This case is "Jackass" black and white with to many legal arguments on our side. We don't know Megas's objective to make any statements or attacks against him. You have allows been able to take your complaint to your broker and get a refund. Why haven't you and just walked away instead of staying to call others a "jackass":) Even revoked we still have entitlements and those legal arguments are unquestionable. You keep screaming Megas has vanished. My response e-mail tells me otherwise. You have legal moves at your disposal and they start with your broker and end there with a refund. Even if any idiot here thought they were going to sue Megas they better be able to produce their certificates or their claims must be made against those who claimed they acquired them for you. Megas has no real liability. But if you want to call someone who can only be defined as fighting for you a "jackass" you fully explain for the board who that really is. "Make time your friend" because this is going to take a long time. We will seek damages before it's over.
