Remember they are no longer ENTL.OB, they are ENTL.PK, so they no longer have to file form 4's.

You may be right about some of the issues with this company, but I think you are way wrong about this. ETNL is not being listed on the "pink sheet", EI is listed on the OTCQB level of Pink OTC quotes. That level requires current SEC reporting. If they fail to stay current on SEC reporting then I think they would be dropped to the "Pink Sheet". To post anything different shows a lack of education, or is pure deception.

OTCQB has the same reporting requirement as OTCBB. Pink OTC has been around forever. OTCBB is only about 10 years old and IMO was put in place for SEC reporting companies simply because Pink OTC Markets did not have a category for SEC reporting companies. Now that Pink OTC has the OTCQB category many companies are leaving OTCBB and moving to OTCQB by their own choice through their MM. OTCBB has lost more than 50% of its customer base to OTCQB. OTCBB is a redundant service now and at the rate companies are moving to OTCQB it will probably go away before to much longer.

IMO it wont be long before ETNL.PK is changed to ETNL.QB or something like that. At this point in time I think the .PK is just part of the transition that is taking place with quotation services...nothing more. Stick to the real issues...there are plenty of real ones to talk about.
