I said I only know of 2 comapanies that are legit, didn't say there aren't more...my experience with PRs goes back a few years when scam companies made off the wall PRs that made no sense and turned out they were bogus PRs...have you confirmed that ICOA does still operate Wifi in the locations they say they do? Have you tried contacting the airports or other places ICOA says they do biz with??? So how certain are you that ICOA is still in the Wifi biz and that the CEO hasn't abandoned operations and scamming us???

I want to believe in ICOA too, but I am sceptical too...
