Dear Steven:

I understand that you are looking for a status of your restricted shares of SNDC and SYDIC. We do not have any information as to when the restrictions will be lifted on either stock. You may contact the Company or the Agent, directly to obtain more information. Please keep in mind, that Scottrade does not remove restrictions from securities; therefore, the only option available for the customer is to request a certificate in his/her name which will bear the restrictive legend.

You may then deal with the agent, or take it to a full service broker to have the restriction lifted. Fees can range from $95.00 to $150.00 for this service which must be in the account before we can send out to transfer. This is a Transfer Agent fee, and it differs per agent. Please be advised that this must be transferred out of a Non-IRA account.

In the event that you may be interested in this process, please send your instructions to your local branch at 305 N. Vetrans Parkway, Ste. 103 Bloomington, IL 61704 or call them with questions at 309-662-9646.

Please let us know if we may be of further assistance.

Sincerely,

Holley R.
