Polling on elements of a vote such as this do not concern me. Pollsters only have access to landline phone directories. The only people I know that have landlines are over 55. Everyone likely to vote yes on an issue like Prop 19 has VOIP at home or just a mobile. VOIP and mobile telephone numbers tend not to appear on pollster dialing lists. In this case, the body of persons being polled is not representative of the population.
