I just called Troy to inquire about the D.C. post - Here is what Troy told me: " We are on in S.F., NY, Boston AND **WESTERN WASHINGTON INCLUDING SEATTLE**" I think it is possible that the poster heard "Western Washington" and thought it meant D.C.

For those posters here that know me (especially on RB and djr on IHUB among others)- my credibility is 100% - This is the truth - I was told it 5 minutes ago.
