All NEWBIES READ THIS : (And to me you are all 'newbies', because nobody on this board now, was here 6-12 months ago; everyone who still believed in NVSR 12 months ago has sold their shares with heavy losses and forever left the board)
THIS IS A POST I WROTE IN JANUARY, 2010, WHEN SHARE PRICE WAS ABOUT 0.75- 1.00 (Yes, ONE DOLLAR!), predicting exactly that share price would decline to this level (1-2 CENTS), and explaining why, and it has exactly happened as I predicted, so read on :

Virtually ANY Stock is a better buy than NVSR;
WHY IT WILL GO TO 1-2 CENTS :
That is where share price will go within the next 6- 12 months. Why ? If you passed 6th grade math, this should be easy to understand. They now have 2.3 million outstanding shares. Noone should believe for one second they will ever leave share count this low. There are 100 Million shares AUTHORIZED ! Which means they WILL INCREASE OUTSTANDING SHARE AMOUNT TO 100 MILLION ! Which means value of current shares will decline by 100/ 2.3 = 43.48 fold; which means recent share value of about $ 0.50- 1.01 will decline to 0.50/ 43.48 = 0.01145 (1.1145 cents) or
1.01/ 43.48= 0.02322 (=2.322 Cents) .
All this is based on them increasing share count to 100 Million shares, but they will likely increase them even farther than that, maybe to 150 Million, which can put share value even BELOW 1 Cent ! This dilution is alot worse than what happened after the Reverse Split of Aug 2008. Then they started out with about 60 mill. shares, increased it to 213 million. At first only 200 million were 'authorized'; that was soon changed to 250 million shares. I had asked CEO many months ago if they would increase share count to 200 million, and he said they would not, or that it would be very unlikely.(So he lied) Even though 250 mill. were authorized, they increased outstanding shares all the way to 330.5 million just before this recent split, without anyone even knowing about it.
So basically these scam artists can do whatever they want to do, whenever they want to do it, and they will do it again !
