504 money raised in 2010 per the SEC...

The below transactions include the money that was raised via 504 selling for the entire year of 2010 and 2009 (as recent at 10/12/10).

There are posters here that claim LCRE and Dr. Morris have raised "over 5 million in cash."

Well I just spent a healthy amount of time to prove that wrong.

The 504 seller can choose to sell whenever, what must be noted is that 504 sales will not last forever, as LCRE brings on new revenue these 504 sales will be less and less.
