Please itrader, not you too?! There is no snafu. There is no proof of anything other than EXPO willing to dilute shares they consider to be of little value [at less than a tenth of a penny] versus any available alternative. What is there to be curious about? It's the way they pay the bills. The company's operation is DISASTEROUS and at the expense of shareholders. Always was and always will be until it all ends. There will be no cake left for those who served by buying shares, not even crumbs in my opinion. Oh well, I was right about what would not happen in September and I'm right about what is happening now. Still entertaining though, CAVEAT EMPTOR buyers. EXPO has nowhere else to turn to fix their PR'd reasons for more dilution . Simple as that. AJMHO
