I was only refering to the 10-Q, equipment and vehical liqudation,
speaking of wich pg 16 loan may be called by ND and will be due 45 days in the event that we do not reach agreement on the terms of the proposed joint venture within 60 days of june 29,2010. we have not as yet agree to the terms of a joint venture and therefore the loan may become due and payable within 45 days upon notice from ND.the terms of a potential joint venture are still being negotiated. That printed SEC ending 7/31/10. time is up looks like we sh@t or get off the pot, funny how we got faced aboult silver bell?
