Natrac I must disagree and correct you. First off I myself was on two different CSET committees and as of now most every carrier has met the ATOS requirements, so to say NO other airline has met this criteria is completely wrong unless you are intentionally trying lead people astray. In fact Baltia themselves did not meet their original time line with the FAA here in New York and the C-set team allocated to Baltia had several members moved to certify the Atlas Passenger program. (Which took a total of 11 months from start to certification)of course, they started with enough money budgeted to complete the venture, without having to hold up the process to raise more money.
It is this type of statement that the Baltia Management usualy makes as an excuse for delays ("no one has done this process before") that makes many of us investors doubt their integrity and honesty. Either that or they are clueless, and having met many of them including Igor, I do not think they are clueless. Barry, most likely, but not the others.
